• 394 acres
• two modern 8-stall barns including AI (Artificial Insemination) area and one apartment per barn
• large pastures
• one 240 x 140 outdoor arena with Fibar footing
• one 200 x 80 indoor arena featuring mirrored walls, 6 foot kick-wall, P/A system, fans, professional lighting, Fibar footing
• one 80 x 50 young horse outdoor training paddock
• one round pen and exercise area
• one breeding paddock
• 10 paddocks with run-in sheds and automatic waterers
• large hay and sawdust barn
